How do I get my 100 bonus point coupon?
To get your bonus point coupon you first need to register your Re-Play Card. After you register your card, you will receive an email* that will ask you to confirm your membership (we do this to prevent spam-bots), and within 48 hours of confirming your membership you will receive an e-mail linking you to your 100 bonus point coupon which you simply need to print and take to your nearest GameWorks location to redeem.
* (Helpful hint – make sure you check your spam folder for the confirmation email, due to the automated nature of this email it can sometimes be blocked. To prevent this in the future just add gameworks@gameworks.com to your address book so the emails will come through)

If you don't have a Re-Play card, you can still sign up to receive our special offers and advance notices.

I tried registering my card, but it's giving me an error.
The system requires that you fill in all fields before you can successfully register your membership. This includes your name, address, email address and birthday. Double check that all of your information is complete and try again.

I'm not thirteen, how can I sign up?
Kids, you will want to make sure to talk to your parents before you sign up for anything over the internet. It is recommended that parents and children sign up together.

How do I check my balance?
To check your Re-Play card for balance of minutes and tickets, simply sign into your Rewards account and click the "Check Balance" link at very the bottom of the screen.
